At the beginning of 2004 the RFL revised the terms and conditions regarding the use and sale of images of professional players. This means that neither we nor any other agency may sell these images in any form, whether as prints, calendars, phone covers, or any other form, other than for press usage.
This ruling applies only to any images taken since January 2004 and does not affect older images
The ruling also only applies to images of players currently contracted to professional clubs; images of amateur players are not affected.
If you are a private individual and you require pictures of a professional player taken since 2004, you must contact the player's club.
These restrictions do not apply to press usage.
